Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Medical Director to lead development of high-impact scientific content across therapeutic areas. You will partner with cross-functional teams and cultivate client relationships to ensure excellence in all deliverables.

In this hybrid US-based role (NYC, Boston, Chicago, SF, Carmel IN, Lambertville NJ) or remote within the US/Canada, you will guide medical strategies, ensure scientific accuracy, and contribute to business growth while working eastern US

Formación

• 3+ years of healthcare communications experience in an agency.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related discipline (PhD/MD/PharmD preferred).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across diverse accounts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Workfront Proof, Ziflow and Veeva Vault.
• Proficiency with AI tools to facilitate research and content development.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee medical writers in assigned therapeutic areas and client accounts, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Review and revise medical content for scientific accuracy and alignment with client strategies.
• Counsel clients in developing medical strategies and in design and analysis of medical communication tactics.
• Serve as primary medical contact for clients, providing strategic and tactical guidance.
• Ensure all deliverables meet highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with account/project leads on scopes, budgets, and resourcing.
