City of Hope is seeking a Medical Staff Services Coordinator to provide essential administrative support for credentialing and medical staff operations. You will manage initial appointments, reappointments, and privileging, while ensuring ongoing surveillance/maintenance of required credentials and approvals.
You will also coordinate onboarding, on-call calendars, and related documentation, helping ensure compliance with bylaws and department policies.

The successful candidate: The Medical Staff Coordinator provides administrative support for Medical Staff Services and to the medical staff organization. This position completes full cycle credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment and privileging, for all providers. This includes ongoing surveillance to ensure all requirement that align to approved privileges are maintained. The position is also responsible for ensuring all medical staff meetings are coordinated and supportive documentation is maintained.
