City of Hope is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians and nursing staff in delivering compassionate care. The MA will assist with direct patient care in a team-based model to improve patient experience and communication, while supporting processes that enhance accessibility and satisfaction across services.
Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an approved MA training program (or equivalent certification), and BLS.

This position is responsible for assisting clinicians and nursing staff in providing medical care, as well as, implementing and assisting with direct patient care. The M.A. works in a team model to improve the patient experience, create better communication and access to care, and support processes that will improve patient satisfaction.
