Qualifications

  • Five years of medical staff/credentialing or health care setting experience.
  • Knowledge of hospital accreditation and credentialing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with medical staff and hospital personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee credentialing approval process for medical staff and allied health professionals.
  • Prepare agendas and records for medical staff committees; ensure follow-through on actions.
  • Manage credentialing databases and report data to downstream systems.
  • Collaborate with leaders to set long- and short-term goals for medical staff.
  • Address physician questions and concerns professionally.
