The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and Management (or 8 years credentialing experience), CPCS/CPMSM within 2 years, and 5 years in credentialing/leadership, with strong systems and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and Management or related field.
• Alternative: 8 years of credentialing/operations experience in medical staff services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing and privileging processes for physicians and allied health practitioners.
• Lead and develop Medical Staff Services staff; coordinate with leadership, legal, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards, and Orlando Health bylaws and procedures.
