Job summary

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with credentialing software and Microsoft Office. Day-to-day duties include calendar preparation and access administration in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; High School Grad or Equiv required.
• Experience in healthcare administration or credentialing is desirable.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and hospital bylaws is essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify information for physician privileging requests within approved criteria.
• Maintain knowledge of Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.
• Coordinate appointment, reappointment and privileging processes for AdventHealth.
• Prepare and distribute the Medical Staff calendar monthly.
• Authorize access to hospital computerized systems and act as liaison between medical staff and hospital staff.
