CSL Plasma is seeking a Medical Staff Associate in Norman, Oklahoma. This role supports donor safety by evaluating suitability for pheresis procedures and providing limited emergency medical care to donors and staff.

You will interview donors, review medical history, interpret test results, and escalate critical situations to the Center Physician as needed. Qualified candidates have paramedic/nursing/PA training and licensure.

Qualificações

• Graduation from a paramedic, nursing, physician assistant, chiropractic, medical school or naturopathic training program.
• For NY: current state licensure or certification as an RN/MD/DO; reciprocal state may apply.
• Minimum of one year relevant healthcare experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff.
• Interview donors and perform medical history reviews.
• Respond to donor questions with center medical director.
• Review test results and assess continued donor suitability.
• Counsel donors on reactive test results and refer for follow-up.
