Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the location's sales performance. This revenue role focuses on turning consultations into treatment plans and memberships, coaching the consultant team, and hitting monthly targets.

You'll lead high-ticket sales efforts in medical aesthetics, work closely with clinical and operational teams, and foster a performance-driven culture while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership with accountability for revenue.

Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is hiring a Sales Manager to lead the sales side of our Roanoke, Virginia location.

This is a revenue role, not an administrative one. You will own the location's sales performance: turning consultations into treatment plans and memberships, coaching the consultant team, and holding the location to its monthly numbers. It suits a sales leader coming from medical aesthetics, wellness, beauty, fitness, or another high-ticket consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the location's sales performance and monthly revenue goals
• Lead and oversee client consultations, and close high-value treatment packages and services
• Drive membership enrollment and client retention
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate the sales consultant team
• Track conversion rates, follow-ups, and consultant performance, and act on what the numbers show
• Guide clients through financing options and applications
• Build strategies that grow revenue, retention, and client satisfaction
• Work closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure an excellent client experience
• Maintain a professional, performance-driven team environment

Requirements

• Proven sales leadership or management experience with accountability for a revenue number
• Strong experience closing high-ticket packages or services
• Medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetics, wellness, or similar experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable discussing premium pricing and asking for the sale
• Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Roanoke, Virginia
