Job summary

Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the location's sales performance. This revenue role focuses on turning consultations into treatment plans and memberships, coaching the consultant team, and hitting monthly targets.

You'll lead high-ticket sales efforts in medical aesthetics, work closely with clinical and operational teams, and foster a performance-driven culture while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership with accountability for revenue.
• Experience closing high-ticket packages or services.
• Medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, or similar preferred.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• On-site work in Roanoke, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Own the location's sales performance and monthly revenue goals.
• Lead client consultations and close high-value packages.
• Drive membership enrollment and client retention.
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate the sales consultant team.
• Track conversion rates, follow-ups, and consultant performance.
• Guide financing options and applications for clients.
• Develop strategies to grow revenue, retention, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure client experience.
• Maintain a professional, performance-driven team environment.
