The role requires strong leadership, SOP implementation, HR/payroll oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue, patient satisfaction, and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA standards.

• Lead monthly staff meetings and daily huddles.
• Oversee cash management, bills, and financial reconciliations.

• Promote retail services and monitor key operating indicators.
