Comprehensive Life Resources is seeking a qualified Medical Services Supervisor to join the Park Place Adult Residential Treatment Facility in Tacoma, WA. The role oversees the med room operations, supervises med techs, and collaborates with nursing to ensure top medical care for residents.

The position requires high school diploma or GED and relevant med-tech experience; a MACE or equivalent credential is preferred. Flexible scheduling and full-time hours are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; One year relevant med-tech experience or equivalent overseeing medication management for psychiatric clients.
• Medication Assistant Certification Endorsement (MACE) or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated ability to work with mentally ill individuals.
• Skilled in MS Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor medications.
• Ensure follow-up on referrals and continuity of care; oversee administration of all medications at Park Place.
• Oversee med techs training, scheduling, and supervision.
• Provide activities to enhance medication adherence and education.
• Provide leadership and supervision for assigned staff.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice.
• Oversee daily operations of Park Place med techs.
• Ensure continuity of care with residential and community facilities.
• Maintain clinical records and prepare reports per policies.
