Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Must obtain a Nursing Assistant Registry (NAR) or CNA before start date.
• If assigned to Navos Hospital, BLS/CPR certification prior to starting; First Aid and Food Handler's Card as required.
• Washington ACCR credential must be applied for within 30 days of hire; can work while pending.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service and clinic management assistance.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff and management to ensure outcomes.
• Perform varied functions within the clinic using available standards and data.
• Maintain ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
• Observe, document patient behavior and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide and document interventions tailored to each patient.
