Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support to patients and clinicians.
• Provide exceptional customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Manage phone systems and respond to patient questions about medications and scheduling.
• Facilitate telehealth access and patient portal troubleshooting.
• Escalate urgent issues and coordinate referrals as needed.
