Job summary

National HME, one of the nation’s largest direct service durable medical equipment providers, is seeking Medical Service Technicians to operate in Topeka, KS. Training is provided; no prior experience required beyond a valid license and clean driving record.

You will drive a 16-foot box truck, prepare deliveries, teach patients and caregivers how to use equipment, and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation while upholding professional customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations (past 5 years).
• Subject to a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and maintain company vehicle.
• Enforce DOT and FDA regulations for Oxygen and DME.
• Prepare truck for delivery by pulling stock and loading equipment.
• Deliver, unload, and set equipment to full functionality.
• Instruct patients/caregivers on proper use and care of equipment.
