Job summary

National HME, one of the nation’s largest direct service DME providers, is accepting applications for Medical Service Technicians to work in Pittsburgh, PA. Training will be provided to suitable candidates, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

The role involves driving a company vehicle, delivering and setting up equipment, instructing patients on use, and collaborating with colleagues in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations in the past 5 years.
• Subject to a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and maintain company vehicle (16-foot box truck or van).
• Deliver, unload, and set equipment to full functionality.
• Review equipment operation and instruct patients/caregivers on proper use and care.
• Rotate on-call schedule as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
