Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 60 wpm typing; proficiency in medical terminology (CPT/ICD-10).
• Experience with EMR systems and medical documentation is preferred.
• Strong organization and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe medical notes for patient encounters into the EMR for physician review.
• Document history, exams, diagnoses, treatments, and orders during patient visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety in a team-oriented environment.
• Assist with patient communication and ensure timely entry of orders and results.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
