Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of clerical or customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with data entry and reviewing patient demographics.
• Basic life support (BLS) knowledge or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient examinations or treatments under supervision.
• Perform scribe functions documenting provider/patient interactions in the medical record.
• Observe and report patients' signs or symptoms and participate in care coordination.
• Support excellent customer service for patients and staff.
• Assist with test scoring and report documentation.
