Medical Scribe/Office Assistant

Department: ECPC Pain Clinics - Administrative

Reports To: Practice/Office Manager, ECPC Pain Clinic

Job Summary

The Medical Scribe records physicians’ interactions with patients and assists with clerical duties related to medical documentation. Duties include recording conversations, completing paperwork, summaries, and referral letters, as well as managing electronic health record entries.

Flexible Schedule

Full‑Time or Part‑Time as appropriate.

Pay Rate

$16–$18 per hour.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Advanced computer skills.
