Job summary

Proliance Orthopedic Sports Medicine Clinic Bellevue is seeking a Medical Scribe to accompany physicians for accurate, real-time documentation and support across Bellevue, Issaquah, Seattle, and Redmond.

The role requires scribe experience, a high school diploma, knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding, and familiarity with EMR systems. The position involves patient interactions, chart preparation, and routine clerical duties in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum one year of medical office experience.
• Scribe experience is required; medical assistant certification is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Document medical visits and procedures in real time alongside the physician.
• Assist in patient care and set up for procedures as directed.
• Handle phone triage, prescription refills, and lab requisitions.
• Ensure complete and accurate patient history and HPI documentation.
• Enter data into the EMR and assist with billing questions as needed.
