Northwest Eye is hiring a full-time Medical Scribe at our St. Anthony location. The role supports ophthalmology/optometry exams by accurately documenting patient visits in EMR and ensuring proper billing documentation.
You will collaborate with clinicians and staff to maintain efficient patient flow and high-quality care. The position is 40 hours per week, typically Mon-Fri, 7am–5pm, with occasional travel to other Northwest Eye clinics across the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.

Northwest Eye has a current opening for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Medical Scribe at our St. Anthony location.
The Medical Scribe assists the Doctor of Ophthalmology and/or Optometry in accurately documenting the patient exam in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and ensuring billing documentation has been submitted. The Medical Scribe partners with other clinical staff to ensure an efficient patient flow and quality patient care.
This position is a 40 hour per week position, regularly working M-F between the hours of 7am - 5pm. It is based in our St. Anthony location, however some travel is expected to all Northwest Eye Clinic locations (Golden Valley, Children's West - Minnetonka, Maple Grove, Wayzata, Woodbury).
