This full-time role offers on-the-job EMR training, competitive hourly compensation with performance-based growth, paid onboarding, and direct exposure to physician decision-making while contributing to patient care.

Medical Scribe

Location: East Hills, NY

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support our physicians with real‑time clinical documentation and workflow efficiency. This is an ideal role for individuals pursuing careers in medicine, nursing, or allied health who are looking for meaningful, hands‑on clinical exposure in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time within the EMR
• Accurately capture history of present illness, review of systems, physical exam findings, and assessment/plan
• Assist physicians in maintaining efficient patient flow throughout the clinic day
• Prepare charts in advance of patient visits, including relevant history and prior results
• Ensure documentation supports appropriate coding and compliance standards
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to support overall office operations

Qualifications

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
