Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Real-time documentation of patient encounters in EHR.

• Assist with procedure documentation (e.g., epidural injections, nerve blocks).
• Track imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray) and lab results.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely charts.

Position Overview
