Job summary

Amgen seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for NMOSD and gMG-Rare Disease covering South Florida and Puerto Rico. You will collaborate with the TA head and local leaders to develop territory strategies, educate healthcare professionals, and communicate data that supports patient access and outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Doctorate with 3+ years in Medical Affairs or a relevant Doctoral degree with substantial experience in clinical practice or research.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required for Medical Affairs leadership.
• Master’s degree + 3 years Medical Affairs experience or Bachelor’s + 5 years Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• PharmD/PhD/MD/DO or other doctoral degrees are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support MSL TA head and local TA lead in developing local territory R&D tactics.
• Educate and communicate clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, advocacy groups, and access enablers.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries consistent with MSL compliance standards.
• Provide and/or present field observations and insights to internal collaborators.
• Lead congress activities and participate on project teams supporting MSL strategies.
