A leading company seeks a Medical Science Liaison to impact clinical practice in the DC area. Job Description Summary
This position focuses on disease states (e.g., prostate cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, etc.) treated by Novartis' Radioligand Therapies.
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role is a field-based, customer-facing, non-promotional medical and scientific position. The key objective is to impact clinical practice within the assigned territory to improve patient outcomes. The MSL must demonstrate deep therapeutic expertise, understand territory and market influences, engage scientifically with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and medical experts, manage and develop their territory, and execute activities aligned with the medical strategic and tactical plan, while adhering to Novartis' Code of Conduct, Ethics/Compliance policies, and Working Practice documents. The MSL will inform and shape medical strategy by collecting impactful insights, understanding their strategic implications.
This territory covers DC, DE, East VA, and MD. The preferred residence for the candidate is in the greater DC area, within 50 miles of the territory border. Relocation is not available.
Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Compensation: The starting salary range is $166,400 - $249,600 for Managers and $183,200 - $274,800 for ADs. Final pay depends on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits include a sign-on bonus, stock units, awards, and comprehensive health and retirement plans. The position is at-will, with potential salary adjustments.
