  4. Provide clinical trial support and facilitate relevant medical activities, working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
  5. Collaborate with internal colleagues (e.g., HEOR, access, marketing, sales) to advance clinical practice while maintaining customer-centricity and compliance.
  6. Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and Novartis products to serve as a medical resource internally and externally.
  7. Stay informed of internal policies and external regulations affecting responsibilities.
  8. Complete administrative tasks (CRM updates, training, compliance modules, etc.) promptly and accurately.
  9. Adapt to evolving strategic priorities and territory needs.
  10. Engage in personal and professional development proactively.

The salary range at start is approximately $166,400 - $249,600 for Managers and $183,200 - $274,800 for ADs, with potential for bonuses and benefits. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and other factors.
