Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide scientific and clinical support for dermatology programs across a multi-state US territory. You will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and decision-makers in KS, NE, MO, IA, and MN, delivering balanced data presentations and supporting research collaborations.

The role involves training internal teams, representing Organon at medical meetings, and traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• PharmD, MD, PhD, NP, PA or equivalent.
• 5+ years of clinical practice or industry experience, preferably in dermatology or allergy/immunology.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and scientific evaluation skills.
