Job summary

Organon seeks a Field Medical Director to provide scientific and clinical support for dermatology programs, engaging with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote scientific exchange and product differentiation.

The role involves building long-term relationships with HCPs, leading regional and national presentations, and representing Organon at medical meetings while training internal teams on the latest data and therapies.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist/MD/PhD-level degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years clinical practice or industry experience.
• Dermatology or allergy/immunology expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Facilitate research collaborations with key opinion leaders and institutions.
• Deliver clinical data presentations regionally and nationally.
• Train internal teams on scientific data, products, and programs.
• Represent Organon at medical meetings and symposia.
