Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Medical Affairs professional in Charlotte, NC to build scientific relationships with KOLs, develop medical strategy, and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries. The role emphasizes translating complex data into clinical practice and driving insights for Medical Affairs programs.

Requirements include an advanced degree (PharmD/MD/PhD) and 2+ years of relevant clinical experience; MSL/Medical Affairs background is preferred, with strong educator and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in anti-infective or urology areas.
• MSL/Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Evidence of established training/education/presentation skills.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data to clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs while understanding clinical practice.
• Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for assigned customer.
• Serve as the primary resource for unsolicited medical questions and scientific exchanges.
• Identify, gather, and document field-generated insights to drive Medical Affairs strategies.
