Job summary

Syneos Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific exchange and collaboration with medical leaders. You will confer with internal stakeholders and develop relationships with policymakers and advocates to move healthcare forward.

Key responsibilities include building KOL networks, developing medical strategy for assigned areas, and serving as a primary resource for unsolicited scientific questions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD, DNP or MD required.
• 2+ years’ clinical experience in anti-infective or urology.
• MSL or Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Evidence of strong training/presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data into clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs and understand clinical practice.
• Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for assigned customer.
• Serve as primary resource for unsolicited medical questions and scientific exchange.
• Identify and document field insights to drive Medical Affairs strategies while complying with policies.
