Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to engage with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals, delivering compliant, evidence-based scientific information while building strategic collaborations. The role emphasizes translating complex data into clinical practice and contributing to therapeutic advancement.

The ideal candidate holds an advanced scientific degree and has 3+ years in MSL roles, with oncology exposure.

Qualifications

An advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA).
3+ years industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
Oncology experience preferred; Infectious Disease/Immunology or Rare Disease exposure.
Ability to travel up to 60% with a valid driver’s license.
Strong scientific and clinical acumen; translate data into practice.

Responsibilities

Provide clear, compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Opinion Leaders/HCPs.
Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while understanding clinical practice related to areas of interest.
Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs.
Participate in developing a customer-centric tactical engagement plan to support Medical Affairs strategies.
Collaborate with field medical colleagues and broader organization to share Medical insights in support of activities.
