The MSL will cultivate expert relationships, support publications and training activities, and ensure compliant, well-documented activities across national accounts and HEOR collaborations.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD); MBA, MSc or similar a plus.
• 3+ years of experience as MSL required; 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech preferred.
• Experience with KOLs, CNS/psychiatry, and field-based medical leadership is valued.
• Strong scientific communication skills and ability to work compliantly with medical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific and clinical expert to external KOLs.
• Develop and execute KOL engagement strategy and maintain long-term relationships.
• Collaborate on Medical Affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, education, training and speaker development.
• Maintain accurate reporting of MSL activities.
• Capture and share clinical insights to inform medical strategy and payor considerations.
• Support relationships with managed care and HEOR external experts to improve patient outcomes.
• Assist with on-label KOL development and content updates, and contribute to new programming ideas.
