Your Role:
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a medical and scientific expert in Dermatology, engaging in high-quality scientific exchange with healthcare decision‑makers to share evidence‑based data, advance the scientific platform, and collect insights in alignment with LEO's strategic goals and objectives. The MSL is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, institutions, and other stakeholders within the scientific community by providing appropriate, high-level scientific support across research initiatives, publications, education, consulting engagements, and other Medical Affairs and R&D activities.

Your New Team:
You will join a collaborative and solutions-oriented U.S. Field Medical team that partners closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Rare Disease leadership. Together, we elevate contracting excellence, support strategic business decisions, and ensure LEO Pharma operates with integrity, clarity, and efficiency.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $185,000 - $215,000 per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
