The scope of this position is to schedule computerized patient follow-up appointments. These will consist predominately of lab visits, physician visits, and chemotherapy visits. The employee shall demonstrate the ability to provide care and customer-focused services with all individuals who enter the practice. It is also imperative to assist fellow employees in providing the highest quality personalized patient care and maintain positive work relationships with other members of the health care team.
