Responsibilities

• Accurately schedule patient follow-up appointments (lab, physician, treatment, and to outside physicians) on computer schedule in a professional, courteous and helpful manner.
• Perform general clerical and receptionist duties (answer phone, assist customers) at the front desk.
• Assist in the smooth running of the front desk.
• Contacts Patients to reschedule no-shows and to move patients, as needed in a timely, professional manner.
• Other duties as Assigned.
