An ambitious, forward-thinking Swiss Dermatology company has exciting career opportunities for Sales Representatives based in our Southeastern US territories.

This company has impressive year-over-year growth and is eager to expand further. They currently market 9 products, with more in development, which will be released soon and will enhance an already strong portfolio.

Stratpharma entered the US market several years ago and has an affiliate in San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity to join at the ground floor of their expansion and enjoy high potential for career growth.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area, working remotely within an assigned local territory.

Products include breakthrough wound care, women’s health, oncology, and dermatology products launched into the US market several years ago.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve and exceed individual territory business and revenue goals.
  2. Provide education and training to account staff, including physicians and practice staff.
  3. Prepare and present business proposals, including account metrics and benchmarks.
  4. Identify key customers and thought leaders within the territory.
  5. Utilize resources effectively to maximize business impact.
  6. Develop account plans for strategic customers.
  7. Manage territory budget.
Sales Skills
  1. Execute sales processes effectively.
  2. Deliver organized and impactful sales presentations.
  3. Demonstrate strong product and competitor knowledge to support sales efforts.
Organization and Time Management
  1. Plan territory routing independently to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  2. Submit reports, expense claims, and business plans accurately and timely.
  3. Prioritize daily activities based on business impact.
Customer Relations
  1. Adopt a customer-centric approach to planning and sales.
  2. Identify customer needs and provide relevant information and resources.
  3. Leverage relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
  4. Build long-term strategic relationships.
Requirements
  1. Four-year college degree.
  2. At least 2 years of current sales experience, preferably in Wound Care and/or Dermatology.
  3. Experience with VA hospitals, institutions, universities, or hospitals is advantageous.
  4. Experience with prescription devices and OTC products is advantageous.
  5. Proven sales success.
Required Skills
  1. Existing relationships with OBGYNs, Dermatologists, and Surgeons are advantageous.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  3. Ability to work independently.
