Job Description: Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, such as doctors, and medical administrators.
2. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our medical products.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads, attending medical conferences, and networking within the healthcare industry.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
5. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our medical products, including pricing, availability, and technical specifications, to healthcare professionals.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and healthcare regulations to anticipate customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
7. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and suggest recommendations to senior management.
8. Attend product training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge, clinical studies, and relevant medical information to effectively educate and inform healthcare professionals.
9. Resolve customer complaints, problems, and inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
7. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate sales reports.
9. Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers, attend conferences, and visit medical facilities within designated territories.
10. Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare industry regulations, and medical product applications would be an advantage.
