About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative responsible for increasing sales of the Essity Advanced Wound Care product portfolio within the NW Texas & SW Oklahoma territory. The role involves managing relationships and penetrating healthcare settings such as Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers, primarily targeting hospitals and clinics. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates residing in or near Fort Worth, TX, who can travel frequently.

What You Will Do

1. Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closures and conversions.
2. Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively.
3. Assess customer needs and develop solutions.
4. Manage relationships with stakeholders in targeted accounts.
5. Interact with clinicians and influence product choices.
6. Execute sales processes and secure GPO and IDN awards.
7. Maintain and grow existing account penetration.
8. Coordinate opportunities internally and externally.
9. Plan territory and accounts strategically.
10. Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, wound care, or surgical markets.
• Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, independent, competitive, strategic, and a team player.
• Willing to travel overnight and work weekends/evenings (~25-35%).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience recommended.
