Job summary

Zimmer MedizinSystems is seeking an Area Sales Representative for Aesthetics in the United States. You will manage a defined territory, engaging plastic surgeons, dermatologists, medical spas and aesthetic clinics to grow the portfolio.

You’ll drive discovery, demos and closing of capital equipment deals, using calls, email and video, while maintaining a clean Salesforce pipeline and collaborating with product specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Aesthetic/medical device or high-volume sales experience is a plus.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills; comfortable with CRM daily.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Area Sales Representative, Aesthetics — Zimmer MedizinSystems

OTE $110,000 – $125,000+ | Uncapped commission | Base $60,000 – $70,000

Zimmer MedizinSystems is a German medical technology company with decades of engineering behind it. Our US Aesthetics division has grown more than threefold, and we're adding a small number of high-performing reps to a proven team.

Our ZCryo skin-cooling systems are a go-to name in aesthetic practices, with a large installed base across North America. That installed base is your advantage: you'll introduce our growing line of aesthetic and body-contouring technologies to practices that already know and trust Zimmer. The line includes shockwave, PF Toner, Z Shape and ZStim.

THE ROLE

You'll own a defined territory of established customers and new prospects: plastic surgeons, dermatologists, medical spas, and laser and aesthetic practices. Your focus is our aesthetic device portfolio: high-value capital equipment that takes real selling. This is a high-activity role. You'll reach practices by phone, email, video and in person, run discovery and demos, and close capital equipment deals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive consistent, high-volume daily outreach across calls, email, text and video
• Run discovery and product demos with physicians, practice owners and med spa operators
• Close new capital equipment sales and grow existing accounts
• Keep a clean, honest pipeline in Salesforce
• Work alongside product specialists on complex and multi-unit deals

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• 1–3+ years of B2B sales. ADP, payroll/HR, Enterprise Rent a Car, capital equipment or other high-volume sales backgrounds are welcome
• Ideally, Junior Aesthetic rep ready to make an impact with their own territory
• Documented high-volume activity and quota attainment. Be ready to show your numbers
• Comfortable living in a CRM every day (Salesforce preferred)
• Coachable, competitive and organized
• Medical device or aesthetics experience is a plus, not a requirement

WHAT WE OFFER

• On-target earnings of $110,000 – $125,000+, uncapped
• Monthly commission on everything you sell
