• Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or medical sales preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engaging & Educating: Lead Discovery calls to communicate the benefits of Elevate MD’s services, make outbound calls, and follow up with warm leads.
• Understanding Client Needs: Listen to identify goals and pain points and recommend health and wellness solutions.
• Closing Deals: Guide potential clients through the decision process, overcome objections, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Building Relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with prospective clients while maintaining professionalism and care.
• Staying Ahead: Keep up with the latest in functional medicine and Elevate MD services.
• Tracking & Optimizing: Use CRM software to manage leads and track conversions.
