Job summary

Noah Medical is seeking a Customer Education Manager to lead training, demonstrations, and account launches that support regional sales priorities. You will help implement the education strategy, improve customer adoption, and ensure readiness for cases.

The role requires delivering in-person and virtual training to physicians and procedure teams, developing materials, and coordinating with the field team. Occasional travel and West Coast residency are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• 2+ years in clinical education, clinical specialist, training, or learning and development roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Plan training, demonstrations, and account launches to support regional sales priorities and adoption.
• Deliver training in person and virtually for physicians and support teams, including hands-on exercises and assessments.
• Lead Galaxy System demonstrations with Sales and Clinical Sales, aligning with approved product messaging.
• Lead initial account training and hand off ongoing development to field team.
• Create and update training materials, assessments, and digital resources with partners.
