Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency.
• Fellowship training in Medical Retina (or Retina).
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage medical retinal conditions using modern diagnostic tools.
• Perform in-office retinal procedures and intravitreal injections.
• Collaborate with comprehensive ophthalmologists and optometrists to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Provide compassionate care aligned with best clinical practices.
• Leverage strong referral networks and contribute to practice growth.
