Job summary

ReFocus Eye Health in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical or Surgical Retina Specialist to join our practice, with immediate access to an established retina patient base and strong referral network.

This role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaborative culture, and the opportunity to build a sustainable retina practice within a well-supported environment, including modern imaging, in-office procedures, and potential for growth and partnership.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and MD licensure in Maryland.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency.
• Fellowship training in Medical or Surgical Retina.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of retinal conditions.
• Perform intravitreal injections and in-office retinal procedures.
• Vitreoretinal surgery including vitrectomy and membrane peels as needed.
• Collaborate with referring providers for seamless patient care.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care.
