Responsibilities

• Scan and file patient records in a timely manner.
• Provide records requested by clinical staff for labs, triage, refills, etc.
• Submit live birth and fetal death certificates to the Montgomery County Vital Records.
• Maintain monthly births/deaths report as required by the Vital Records.
• Ensure quality customer service when interacting with patients.
