In this role, you will coordinate the retrieval of medical records from outside providers and facilities, track outstanding requests, process incoming documentation, and ensure patient records are complete, organized, and readily accessible to care teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable managing multiple record requests and follow-ups while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, clinic policies, and applicable healthcare standards.
