Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Central Supply/Medical Records Coordinator for a skilled nursing facility in Fort Worth, TX. You will maintain resident medical records in accordance with state and federal regulations, HIPAA, and company policy, from pre-admission to discharge.

The role requires at least 3 years in medical records within healthcare, familiarity with ICD coding, and ability to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting for QA and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical records in skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with ICD coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident health information to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
• Perform monthly audits on admissions, discharges, and QA processes.
• Prepare reports for QAPI and Triple Check committees.
