Responsibilities

• Researches contact information for providers.
• Prepares and sends requests for medical records requests; transmits requests via mail, email, fax or EHR portal(s).
• Ensures that received medical record files are complete and accurate.
• Closely reviews all records and bills that are received for accuracy to eliminate errors and to prevent any duplicated entries.
• Ensures the records are correct by cross-checking as records and bills.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
