• Prepares medical documents for scanning into the electronic document management system.
• Calibrates the scanner for proper image quality, order, and appropriate rotation.
• Verifies all form types were scanned to the appropriate tab in the document viewer.
• Monitors the scanning process for miss-feeds and addresses problems to minimize interruptions.
