UT Health San Antonio is hiring for a Medical Records Imaging Clerk to support screening, preparing, scanning, and indexing patient documents into the electronic health record. The role emphasizes accuracy, patient identification, and proper document_attachment to orders in the EHR system.

The candidate should have a HS diploma or GED and at least one year of medical records or document imaging experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, scans, and indexes paper documents for filing to the EHR.
• Ensures documents are imaged, validated, and attached to patient IDs.
• Identifies documents prior to imaging and matches to correct records.
• Maintains lab, imaging, and report attachments to physician orders in EpiCare.
• Creates Health Maintenance orders for quality metrics and reporting.
