• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for admissions, discharges, transfers, and clinical updates.
• Monitor records for completion and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with nursing, therapy and administrative teams.
• Oversee EHR systems and assist with documentation issues.
• Train and supervise medical records staff as applicable.
