Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree with 1 year health care experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years health care experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience with 30 credits per year; HS diploma required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate requests for medical records including subpoenas and regulatory requests.
• Scan and preserve paper documents into electronic records.
• Process and track patient record requests from clinical teams and external facilities.
• Coordinate transfers to NYS facilities and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain and update the medical records database; support QA processes.
• Run daily reports and use CHS and DOC systems.
• Perform redactions of medical records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
